Disco curates event recommendations and delivers them via WhatsApp. We do not sell tickets or host events. Our goal is to help you discover great experiences through a simple, personalized message drop.

We make every effort to ensure our event recommendations are reliable, but we do not guarantee that event details (e.g., time, location, availability) are accurate or up to date. Events may be canceled, rescheduled, or altered without our knowledge.

By using our service, you acknowledge that attending any event carries inherent risks. Disco is not liable for any injury, loss, inconvenience, damages, or dissatisfaction resulting from attending any recommended event.

All event attendance is at your own discretion and risk.

4A. Third-Party Links and Organizer Responsibility

Disco may include links to third-party websites or ticketing platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of those third parties. Your interactions with external sites are subject to their own terms and conditions.

We do not conduct background checks on event organizers. The inclusion of any event in our drops does not constitute an endorsement. If you encounter misleading, inappropriate, or unsafe event listings, please report them immediately.

4B. Underage Access and Content

Disco is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Events listed in our service may include age-restricted venues or content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18, and we do not promote or allow underage attendance at age-restricted events. It is your responsibility to verify and comply with age requirements at any event you attend.

We reserve the right to monitor and revoke referral-based benefits if we detect fraudulent activity, self-referrals, automation, or any misuse of the system. Referral codes may be limited or disabled at any time without notice at our discretion.

You may not use the Disco platform to promote illegal content, harass others, manipulate ranking or referral logic, or bypass platform restrictions through technical means. We reserve the right to restrict or ban users who engage in repeated abuse, bot behavior, or suspicious patterns.

We do not permit use of our platform to promote hate speech, violence, or unsafe gatherings. We may remove listings that violate local laws or endanger public safety and report them to relevant authorities.
